Friendly and professional!! Bought a house near West Cross recently and was inviting quotes for laminate flooring. Noticed Floorium when driving on Dillwyn Road, just before lockdown. Spoke to Gary who seemed to know about flooring. Gave me a good price and I decided to go with him since 1 other quote was much higher and the other 2 were from handymen who also did flooring. Debbie kept me in the loop all through lockdown and once the other housework was completed and they could procure materials we decided to go ahead last week. Gary did a good job with the laminate flooring and am very much impressed with the quality of work done. Now looking forward to the carpets to be fitted in stairs and landing area. Friendly people and good knowledge (especially Gary). Will definitely recommend.

I needed a whole house carpeted quickly, the price was very competitive, I gave them a key as I was in work and instructions on what to do with 2 of the old carpets. Excellent Service and very professional I gave Floorium a call to see if they would be able to install a replacement wet room floor with safety flooring in the bathroom of my mother’s retirement apartment. Debbie and Gary couldn’t have been more helpful. Gary turned up later that week to take measurements and prepare a quote and the floor was fitted the following week. The work carried out was to a very high standard and we couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be looking to use Floorium again when we replace carpets after some renovation work in our house. Highly recommended.

Debbie had great knowledge, was very pleasant, and was not at all pushy, she gave excellent advice and listened to my budget and showed me what I could afford. Absolutely Outstanding! We were given so many options to choose from by Gary and had full guidance on the most suitable carpets for stairs etc. – he really knew his carpets!! This is “Dingy” from the Pebble Beach collection. The new carpet is excellent quality and really sets of the hallway and bedrooms. Gary fitted everything no problem and to a great standard. We’ve just had LVT flooring fitted by Gary at floorium, and are really pleased with the result. We needed it fitted as soon as possible due to our kitchen being fitted next week, and Gary was able to measure and fit within a week. Arrived on time both days, cleaned up afterwards. Debbie was also very helpful in the shop, showing us different samples, and advising us on the best colour for the grout inlay strips. Both were very professional and I would use floorium in the future

Couldn’t be happier Thanks Floorium for the great service. We had a stair runner and carpets fitted in three rooms upstairs and the landing. Communication was great throughout and fitting took only half a day. Really pleased with the final result!

Floorium Carpet Shop I cannot be more pleased with the quality and expertise I’ve received from the Floorium carpet shop in Dillwyn Road in Sketty. Nothing was to much for them and they were friendly and had time to help. We had a wool carpet fitted in our three storey house two full size staircases and two landings the carpet was of excellent quality and the fitter did a fantastic job he took his time and the finish was excellent we definitely made the right decision to use this company couldn’t be happier!!!

Stair and landing carpet Yet another superb job from Floorium. The carpet has been laid to a fantastic finish which complements the laminate flooring that was laid by them. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Floorium again when it’s time to replace the bedroom carpets.

Great quality of carpets for a reasonable price Very pleased with the quality of carpets for a very reasonable price, came out to measure up and the carpets were fitted quickly too. I’ve used larger carpet companies in the past and had to wait a lot longer for carpets to be fitted plus it’s nicer to support a smaller family business. I can’t stand pushy sales people so I was glad that Floorium were not pushy at all. I have just re-decorated so I was glad there were no marks on the walls after the carpet had been fitted so good care was taken. The whole process of ordering was super quick and easy, I was kept up-to-date via what’s app and text messages which suits me since I don’t have much spare time.

Floorium have been incredibly helpful. We found our perfect stair runner in their carpet range which was then cut to size and edged in the colour we chose. The fitting was very quick and beautifully finished. We will be adding more of their carpets to our home later this year.
